We make every effort to get your packages to you promptly. We are not responsible for postal delays, or delays caused by natural causes.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise, with all tags attached and in its original package, within 10 days of receiving the merchandise for an exchange or refund. Send the merchandise back to us using traceable mail. Credits due will be issued to the original credit card once the merchandise is received. Please note that all Returns have a 15% Re-stocking Fee. Initial shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable.

For returns or exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed within ten business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If your replacement item is of equal or lesser value, there is no charge to ship the item to you using regular ground service. However, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method you are responsible for the cost of the shipping charges. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will need permission to credit your credit card for the original order and place a new order.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
In the unlikely event that we have sent you incorrect or damaged merchandise please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us.
